Welcome to the first episode of Beyond the F, the official podcast of Cat from @glowupu on TikTok and Instagram. She’s joined by Phil (me) to talk about whatever we’re wanting to talk about.

In this first episode, we cover a lot of ground. Specifically, we just watched Mama Mia for the first time, and we discuss our thoughts.
